I bought a quarter cow. Was able to pick out my type (black angus), what it was fed. Ranch went to auction, bought it, started raising it. No hormones. 9 months later (after 55 day dry aging) I got the cuts I wanted, vacuum sealed and flash frozen. Filled a 7 cubic ft freezer. It’s just me so will last a while. Best beef I’ve ever had. I do not eat fat on cuts but I cooked the beef ribs in crock pot with bbq sauce and ate the fat it was so good. I also got tallow.

Just don’t buy anything in a package or that has been processed by only Whole Foods. Meats and vegetables and fruits make your own bread. The problem is most Americans. Don’t even know what food is anymore. We’ve all been so conditioned to marketing since the 50s telling us what food is. Programmed for convenience. Eating healthy is really eating simply.

I don’t remember his name but they talk a little about the convo they had during dinner on the podcast. If I come across it I’ll post but I think I originally found the podcast when I heard about it by searching Barron Trump on YT.

This was so obvious to someone like me who’s never been a celebrity follower or news watcher. I could have cared less who he was just like I have all celebrities. I didn’t vote in 2016, I hadn’t for years because I’ve always known whoever is elected is selected and in the club and assumed he was too. People going from loving to hating him just like that was my biggest clue something was up. That’s when I really started paying attention. That people were going insane on TDS made no sense to me.

Eat real food. Non of the products made by these companies is real food. It's all processed. I would say the main area we have all been conditioned/programmed is what is food. We think things created by these brands are food. They are not. Even if it has real food in it, like a soup would, there's more chemicals than real food. Just eat those outer aisles.

Except I say trust God even over yourself. Especially over yourself. Because we can deceive even ourselves. Holy Spirit will tell you what you need to know when you need to know it. This whole movement and last 4 years has cured me of lifelong FOMO. Which is a main reason I think most people are following what others say. Now I trust God that He will lead and guide me to what I need to know and when. It’s about trust. I don’t have to know everything anymore because I know He does and I trust Him with my life. Cheetos is my go to when explaining what is/is not food. A potato is a food. A cheeto is a bunch of processed chemicals that whatever food the base of the cheeto is derived from, has so been processed and additives added to make it no longer a food at all. Pretty much nothing in the photo is actual food, but we've been so conditioned by advertising and what is on store shelves to believe all of this is food. Like they say, eat the outer aisles... that's the only part of the store that has real food.

I made it through 30 seconds of that. I have gotten super sensitive to anything demonic in the last couple years. Don’t want to see or hear. I’ve known about the demonic my whole life. I’ve seen devils cast out of people in church. But I’ve never seen the horrific portrayals lately. I’m just gonna use the verse …have no fellowship with darkness…” That new movie Abigail commercials are just as bad as this. I don’t know how normal people, especially Christians can watch any of this. We thought Carrie and the Exorcist was major back in the day. I’ve seen both once. I would add that anyone who calls themself a Christian or Christ follower and views people under those beliefs does not understand the love of God, our call to lead everyone to God, or God's grace in general. I'm realllllly tired of pharisaical religious people that are always bashing others because those other don't live up to their standard, whatever that is; because with religion it's different what the standard is based on your sect, denomination, and even specific church community. I just don't get how a Christian knows there are these divides in Christianity but doesn't wonder why there are when there's one God who does not change. It's basically that belief that if you don't believe like me you're wrong and not of God.
