Sometimes when I listen to these i experience a sort of all-over 'gripping sensation', that can be a a little uncomfortable... to start with, and I like keep an eye on my dog, I think it can be a touch too intense for her, as she needs to get up and leave the room😦.

yes i was at a low point for 10 years from going thru (of course not on the same level) what T went thru with being the only one to save myself from the corporate america, methodology.. i didnt win no matter what i did.
