Or didn’t you realize that your body is a sacred place, the place of the Holy Spirit? Don’t you see that you can’t live however you please, squandering what God paid such a high price for? The physical part of you is not some piece of property belonging to the spiritual part of you. God owns the whole works. So let people see God in and through your body.

am i the only one who responded? oh well. guess we are ascending.. they come and go. but i dont dwell on them only cause they get worse when you do..

wondered how everyone is doing today. i woke up with a lot more normal feelings as compared to the past 4 days.. still have some things but so minor compared to the past few days. wondering if people who were having difficulty are feeling better. more positive. soooo much better.. i can smile today

i got lots of them.. never felt my age until i looked in the mirror but now i am feeling it and more.. i dont like it but know its temporary. more sunshine needed, grounding.
