you must move every 2 hours, walk around your house!! then take a glass a water and a straw, fill you lungs with air and blow into the straw in the water to make bubbles (slowly) and empty your lungs fully (may cause coughing) the slowly fill your lungs with air until youbstart cough again. do this 5-10 times every 2 hours. keep moving!! when you sleep, sleep on your stomach, on your side or sitting up...never on your back!! prayers
