Yes. Unfortunately, while there are still some good people that work within the system it is a risky endeavor and you have to expect they will attempt this.

From a large amount of reading I've done about it I would say 60 to 70% in general and it's possible in some small towns and places that it is closer in 90 to 95%. 😬

That man's story is a good illustration of exactly what was supposed to happen on Obamacare. It was supposed to take from the middle class and give to those who had never paid into the system so they had better medical coverage for very low cost or free and the middle classes was gutted. Those of us that could see tried to warn them.

While I cannot help you with legal proof because it doesn't interest me that much as I am not vaxed and can't do anything to help those who are I can give you an opinion. I do believe the proof is available as I have seen other people post and talk about this for at least 2 years.
