Not feeling well, got a tic bite a couple days ago on my ear. Now I look like dumbo it is so swollen. I dont get many tick bites but when I do I end up on antibiotics.
They poison me bad for some reason and infect my lymph nodes every damn time.

Vit D 5,000 IU a day
Vit C 1,000 mg twice a day
Quercetin 250 mg a day
Zinc 50 mg a day
Selenium 200 mcg a day
1 aspirin a day
and if you could take
NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine) 600 mg a day, that would be good.

This will prevent blood clots and are good antioxidants that should protect you.
