@VincentKennedy Ok Sweetie- I finished first week of this carnivore diet and feeling good. Just saw your recipe on Sole Water in the morning. I will start that. I see that you still drink 30 oz of coffee. Thank the Good Lord for that! And 34 oz of water a day. What am I missing about the fats? How much and what ingredient do you use for fats? And the recipe for go ginger/ turmeric/ lemon shot daily. Will try that too. What else can you suggest?

You know what? That’s 1335 days since first Q Post. Book of Daniel Chapter 12 talks about 1335 days. Then Q talks about ten days of darkness. Ten days from June 26 is July 4th!!!
