IMO, that was an OPERATION to thwart a nuclear-biological attack that had been set up by the Deep State at the Guatemalan Cultural Center that could have contaminated all of LA and then westerly winds would have carried it over the United States, causing panic, possible illness, and severe economic damage, That attack was neutralized by the Bravest Warriors on our Planet IMO.
