IMO: EVERYONE on the Planet is under a Military Jurisdiction and the TOP of all that Command is the US Military directing the Earth Alliance and Donald J. Trump is Commander In Chief of that Global Defense Military Operation - so everyone on the Planet IMO is subject to US COURTS-MARTIAL if they are in any way waging war or engaged in a military contest against the American Republic OR the Human Species anywhere on the Planet.
That would explain why we are being told US NAVY ships are holding Tribunals offshore of many countries.

Yes, the LAWS OF WARFARE as outlined in the DOD LAW OF WARFARE MANUAL, which are internationally accepted Laws of War adhering to the Geneva Convention (GC), as well as Military Law under the UCMJ and Military Regulation are Superior to even our Federal Civilian Law, because we are AT WAR (THE WAR ON TERROR, AUMF 2001 - Authorization for Use of Military Force resolved by Congress) and the UCMJ also dates back to 1775 with the formation of the Continental Army, Navy & Marines (est. 1775) and that is all precedent and augmented by various Executive Orders and Emergency Declarations (also likely Presidential Emergency Action Documents - or PEADs, still classified) which are better outlined by Derek Johnson who has done an outstanding job researching and compiling these for all People to read and learn. The fake photo is undeniable: the same photo appeared on Dreamstime with the exact same baby but without the measles splotches. It was provably photoshopped.

What they’re not telling you is that their own data shows the death rate of measles before the vaccine was available was actually 1 in 8,000.
