Wanted to let ya'll know, BLACK SEED OIL rubbed in your nostrils will stop a cold in its tracks. I tried it, told my fren and she did. STOPPED the cold from going into the lungs. This guy didn't do it and his cold lasted app two weeks longer than mine. SHOUT OUT TO GOD FOR BLACK SEED OIL>

Me too (age) and i lost a ton of weight a few years back, but it really aged my face...elasticity isn’t great with age. Put some weight back on and then more weight piled on and I cannot lose it. I look swollen/puffy, its awful. Which kind are you taking, how are taking it and how often? Thank you honey.

I take a tablespoon once a day. AND far as elasticity, got some collagen, and also some mother of pearl supplements ANOTHER patriot told about on here, it also helps with that the black seed oil. I use coconut oil for lotion, have for years, and also got a red light therapy mask and neck device, I can't wait to use after summer. I am not doing it now, cause I like to tan. lol

May need to try another Collagen. I have not heard of Mother of Pearl, will have to check it out. I have been taking

Sounds like what I need. I do not sleep well. I think mostly because I stopped taking hormone pills, because my Mom
had breast cancer caused by the hormones. I do not have ovaries. The
hot flashes are brutal as Hell! Think it also has a lot to do with my weight gain and hair loss. Sucks!

You will be amazed, and also potassium supplement helps with hot flashes. ALSO if not diabetic for sleep epsom salt soaks are a game changer, struggled with sleep for years, started doing that no more issues. AND for hair thinning coconut oil helps rubbed directly on scalp like at night. FOR some reason comes back a little curlier, not sure why. Takes a few months, and black seed oil helps with hair growth also.
