IMO
I consider this all some kind of Test of the Soul purgatory.
So reincarnation = failed test.
However, If we pass then we can travel freely thru all timelines.

A friend of mine who passed away many of years ago came to me in a dream and told me that there are many levels that he has to go through but he was still able to communicate with people through the computer
