If they are approved (as submitted by the United States) by a simple majority of the 194 member countries of the World Health Assembly countries), these amendments would enter into force as international law just six months later (November 2022). The details of this are not crystal clear.

I don't think anyone told them anything. Mankind is the steward of this planet. It was GIVEN to us. Who the heck they think they are telling us that we need to eat bugs infuriates me. They ran a good gimmick. Gotta give em that. So did Al Capone until he got caught. Little by little, we're starting to see a faint flicker of light at the end of the tunnel in regard to much being exposed. @markerdragon is right. They're just meaning criminals. We have to treat them as such. THEY have no power us.
