My husband gets most of the glory for the canning. He enjoys it. I help with prepping and labeling. The jiggler weight on pressure canner drives me crazy so he does any pressure canning when I am at work. Most things that have to be pressure canned take 90 minutes.. The water bath canning is fairly quiet.
