ABSOLUTELY Kat!
The feathered Spirits who share my home normally need 10-12 hours sleep and have stuck to a fairly regular feeding schedule, are sleeping much less and are all over the place with feeding, including increased frequency in the number of times they want food other than their pellets.
There has definitely been a huge shift in the Cosmos!
