I found my way back to center pretty quickly thanks to my almost daily spiritual practice. Mostly mantras, prayers and meditation. I am a sexual abuse survivor. Started at 2.5 until I left home at 15. I never thought I'd be grateful to have survived that but hearing what the Satanists do to kids I feel lucky my pedo step fathers weren't part of that death cult.
