Police are forcing color of law, since at least 1871 on the people, turning rights into permission slips and charging fee's, creating torts, providing evidence of financial transactions of extra advantages, profits, and or gains over the people, creating classes of people, these color of law schemes forced by police=policy (Sharia law) enforces are foreign emoluments (Without lawful power and authority) by foreign agents working for the crown from the City Of London in London England, eroding a rule of law of the people, by the people.
