THIS is the OFFICAL web page at the very bottom here that will list any and all press releases from the International Court Of Justice and they can acces this location line from any search engine I beleive at https://www.icj-cij.org and even see there stuff in their own language selection. This is not anywhere on this,,,this cannot therefore be real.
