Very much on the other side of the childhood/trauma tunnel.

In addition to other things and deep awareness most of my life, did 2 years of intensive hypnotherapthy training in the late 90's with a couple of AMAZING instructors!
Each course included getting personally clear, cleansing and practicum healing.
Physician heal thyself has always been innate for me.

I AM most grateful everyday!
Still drop into 3D, get cranky and call people out. 😂😂😂
Realize everyone has free will, is on their own sacred journey & is, at their core, a highly evolved Spiritual Being.
However, when the agenda of fear & hate is being perpetuated by "truthers", I fall back into fighting ignorance & arrogance.

Really need to pay more attention to these triggers - knowing there are many paths/choices on the earth journey.
Some are going to choose harder and / or longer trails.
God knows many have to run into the same walls over and over until the wall wins before they begin to ask themselves "WHY?"
