Acidic bodies are the problem. One of the prime causes of acidity is drinking soda and bottled water. This not only makes the body acidic, it dehydrates. Our bodies need pure alkaline water, free of flouride. Adequate amounts of water need to be ingested every day. There are pitchers, filters, machines available to filter your water of contaminants like flouride and make the water alkaline. Most people are chronically dehyrated. Replacing acidic drinks with pure water is one of the best things you can do for your body.
