It's been going on a long time. Check out Cathy O'Brien. She has not only spoken and written books on the subject, but she has personal experience as well. Kerry Cassidy with Project Camelot has a plethora of information on the subject as well if you want to do further research. Or you could just watch Fringe and get some more prescriptive programming...🙄
