Well I wouldn't mind that ever now and then myself, but I have heard that liquor reduces your frequency.
But hey Nana is all in for a little liquor induced low frequency every once in a while.
They also say eating meat of any kind reduces your frequency but Nana has not been able to give up my bacon and steaks and pork chops and shrimp and..... well you get the picture.

Yeah wasnt a big deal for Nana. Fortunately for me I never liked the taste of beer so I was only a social drinker for a bit. Not to say that Nana didnt party harty when I was younger but fortunately for me my stomach revolted even when I drink just a couple in later years so really not much point to it because when I drank when I was younger it was ONLY for the BUZZ.😁😜
