The picture posted with the audio is of their President. The voice however is not. His speech style is very very different. If he is against the vaccine, I'm perplexed as to why he & his wife got the shot live.

100% accurate. The President's voice has a different tone, far less of an accent, and he possesses a much more sophistacted speech style. I understand we are all eager to hear good news, but I wish patriots would be more vigilant in vetting information before reposting.
