Engineers have been structually calculating for the curvature of the earth since the dawn of time.

If the earth was flat, many of their structures would have failed quickly.

Well the bible calls the earth a circle, regarding the "four corners" that does not necessarily mean lierally it could be figuratively.

The worldview we grew up with (spinning ball flying through an infinite vacuum) convinces us that stuff we don't understand can be simpy written off as untrue or "figurative".

The Bible is VERY literal and intentional with the way it was written, though it doesn't help that several book have been removed through the centuries.

The Bible was heavily censored by the Roman authorities. Most likely at the request of the Popacy and the Vatican. They kept certain scriptures and gospels hidden from us.
