I am sure they know what is going on and since Roberts is the chief justice he makes decisions on what cases they will hear, but I hope the other judges have a say so on it also and they need to take a vote and since we have a 5 conservatives they should be able to outvote him so they can at least hear what they have because they do have another case coming up on the 29th also from Linn Woods and that is for Georgia I don't know if they will also look at Arizona and a few others that have popped up lately.
