At what point does the plot change? We are at over 40 hours with no power or water here in Texas, it's 10° and dropping fast as the next round of ice and snow has just started. ERCOT is telling the power companies not to turn power back on and are making no exceptions for at risk people, people on oxygen, ventilators, feeding and sleeping machines. Grocery stores and gas stations have no power! Greg Abbott has done nothing, but flap his fooking gums while reports of people dying are starting to come in. ENOUGH is ENOUGH! The American pissed level is off the charts!

i feel awful for everyone in texas. this should not happen when you have your own unique power system. i came across this article and this document in story from department if energy. its criminal. praying for you all.

Thank you for sharing this. My question now is, why would this be done during a severe weather event, when the temps with the wind chill are below zero in some areas and ice and snow on the ground? People of all ages are dying because they have no power or water. I'm really trying to understand it while holding the line!

I'm not sure what we are hearing about the weather is even real. I've been watching FOX and they keep showing a few photos, but the same photos, so I see no real evidence

I am living it. Our entire town has been without power and water for over 40 hours. It’s 10° and dropping with ice and snow on the ground. The next ice and snow storm has just started and they can't give us any answers on when power or water will be restored.

The reason is you are in a state where they have deep state puppets and most likely children that need rescuing. With the power out, there are no security systems to disconnect and people are concentrated on keeping warm and won't be ready for a fight. What state are you in?

We've been told for over a year now to have plenty of water, a second souce of heat, gas in our cars and non-perishable foods, so the majority were prepared for this. I'm sorry you didn't know. There are probably many who didn't believe it.

We were prepared and are okay! However, many others in the town were not and some have died due to lack of power to run oxygen machines or other medical equipment.

The point is, there is no reason for power to be out during a severe weather event! Period. As a former DOE employee that worked in 500kV power substations and coal fired plants what is going on with the Texas power grid can now be considered criminal because of deaths!
