What might be coming:
Pres Trump:
"I sent the VP to Minnesota to try and calm the waters and reach an understanding with the Gov. and Mayor. They declined to help."
"I sent Tom Homan, with 40 years of professional experience, awarded the highest possible award by Pres. Obama, and asked him to reach an understanding with the Gov. and Mayor. They declined to help."
So now I'm sending David Gardner up there. I'm sure he'll reach out to the Governor and Mayor to hear their views. Then he'll do what he thinks best.
Who is he? I should have been more expansive on my introduction.
He is Major General David Gardner, Commanding Officer of the 101st Airborne Division of the United State Army. They will arrive in helicopters."
