This guy is a scammer beware he iswanting you to move your assets to QFS account where he will steal your XRP XLM
He will be arrested in the end game as military is watching all XRP transactions at this time.
A friend of mine had his money stolen last month from same scam even after I told him repeatedly not to listen to any of these scumbags. NO ONE HAS ACCESS TO THE QFS at this time.
