God is always there for us, when we need Him or not, but I think the most important part of this verse is the beginning. How often do we say and feel we truly love God? Often we use Him simply as our rock, our refuge, or our strength. When times are good, we often neglect to remember Him. So go, love the Lord, the people, and leave everything else to God.
