What really fascinates me is "Monatomic Gold", because it's actually consumed & highly beneficial.

Could it be that White Hats are using the same methods that the Cabal were using, namely Chemtrails, but instead now using those aircraft (now cleaned up and refitted) to spray Monatomic Gold into our atmosphere to heal Planet Earth? 🤔

Gene Decode was talking about the atmosphere being cleaned but it is happening in stages. If they do it too fast, the awakening process would be too mentally harmful. A few years ago I would see "web" looking structures on the ground. I even picked one up a brought it inside and kept it on my desk for awhile. It seemed to metal or plastic but as thin as hair.

EOS you are correct. Some chemtrailing was or is part of our ICBM/missile-warhead countermeasures. Creating a thermocline in the atmosphere creates a barrier that a supersonic missile or warhead hits like a brick wall, deflecting it off target or even breaking it into pieces, just like how jumping off a 4 story balcony flying nicely, smoothly through the air but then belly floppin' the deep end of the swimming pool is gonna hurt no matter how one hits.
As far as that webby stuff, that might have been graphene oxide but who knows. I would have gotten a stick and put it in the trash, but that's just me. The Cabal was spraying us with Graphene Oxide/black goo to try to get control of all our minds and bodies, I'm pretty sure of that.
