Both Simon and Gene reported we lost several of our SPECIAL WARRIORS in that Operation, possibly resulting from a "surrender" gone bad, and I seem to remember Gina Haspel was reported shot in the leg. I believe it was Gene who said that the facility was heavily defended by the Deep State.
