One report stated an MK ULTRA Mind Controlled Assassin could go out and commit a mass shooting in a mall, then come back to CIA offices and see the shooting on the TV News and ask everyone who did it, with other Agents laughing at them, because THEY didn't know THEY were the shooter.

Mind Control is an Exact Science, and it is more horrific and pervasive than any of us can imagine. CIA was engaged in MK ULTRA for decades, but the entire Cabal uses it on all of Humanity to some degree with trauma events like 9/11, and full MK ULTRA specifically involves traumatizing the victims with prolonged and horrific torture including sexual torture.

Dr. Josef Mengele actually came to America after WWII and took on the name Dr. Green according to my research, and was reportedly torturing thousands of naked kids in electrified steel cages at China Lake Naval Facility. (They were rescued by our Military).

MK ULTRA actually goes back further with Elites, perhaps thousands of years.

What's so terrifying about MK ULTRA is the programmed victim usually doesn't even know that they are programmed or were even subjected to MK ULTRA and are programmed to be an assassin. That is locked away in one of the hidden "multiple personalities" or "alters" that the individual doesn't even know exists.

MK ULTRA is how we get these pre-programmed mass shooters that go shoot up a school, or a movie theater, etc., and then they self destruct so they cannot be questioned or interrogated almost every time. SSRIs are also involved.

When I was in high school just about everyone had hunting rifles in their vehicles even in the school parking lots… not one of them ever jumped out and went inside the school and start shooting anyone!!! This didn’t start until Columbine shooting…. WTF HAPPENED for this to become a problem in our society?!?!

It’s a government program to interfere with the lives of children by cruelly mind controlling them and deploying them to shoot people. It’s a horrific program with different names like MKULTRA and MONARCH among others. That’s why it never happened before this. Their treatment of children and young people is disgusting.

They made schools 'gun free' zones.
