What's so terrifying about MK ULTRA is the programmed victim usually doesn't even know that they are programmed or were even subjected to MK ULTRA and are programmed to be an assassin. One report stated an MK ULTRA Mind Controlled Assassin could go out and commit a mass shooting in a mall, then come back to CIA offices and see the shooting on the TV News and ask everyone who did it, with other Agents laughing at them, because THEY didn't know THEY were the shooter.
