I heard ol_cowboy that they were also replacing the vax with saline solutions but some of the bad batches got out. Don't know if that's true of not. Sure hope it was

I think they are doing what Malone is conveying: looking at the products to determine their safety and they are bringing in different people with different skill sets because that is what is needed. If you read the documents in the link, it says they are also considering unpublished data and confidential information that likely requires coordination with people that handle proprietary information. Legally that probably means only certain people can access it and I think it pretty much says that in the WG structure document. Any other narrative is just a narrative at this point. Private companies do this all time. They take a different direction so they need a different skill set and people get moved around.
