How about those so-called average Americans - who have child porn on their computers; who live in various cities and towns, and have zero idea of the technology available to law enforcement and military to track what is searched for on said computers. Millions of those "average" people are addicted to child porn and it is only a matter of time before they engage in attempting to molest children.
