It depends on where you live. My sister bought a house for $40,000 in a small town. It needs a new roof soon, and it doesn't have air conditioning, so she uses window air conditioners. She has to drive about 45 minutes to work three times a week, but it's worth it for the housing costs. In the last 20 years, 16 of those years the Democrats have been in office. When Trump was in office the last time, they tried to do everything to destroy him. They created a pandemic to lock us down and break our spirit. He has been back for six months now. They want us sick, busy burying the dead, and poor so that all we can think about is survival. Give Trump a chance. Things will get better.

In my state…. In my town…. Just to rent mostly little 💩hole housing or apartments is too high!!! I’m single and retired… have been living with my parents (dad now dead) taking care of them but when mom (moms on hospice)passes the house will go to the state (Medicaid) cuz in order for dad to get Medicaid for nursing home mom had to sign over their house once she dies… then I will be homeless… the house was willed to me but it’s now null and void.
