I'm sorry but until this country can fix housing, there ain't nothing good about it. 130,000 should get me a nice, decent modular home, but nope. You pay $1,100 a month for the mortgage and that's country wide not just state wide. So fuck this country. I'm done. Idk what I'm gonna do now! 😭

In my state…. In my town…. Just to rent mostly little 💩hole housing or apartments is too high!!! I’m single and retired… have been living with my parents (dad now dead) taking care of them but when mom (moms on hospice)passes the house will go to the state (Medicaid) cuz in order for dad to get Medicaid for nursing home mom had to sign over their house once she dies… then I will be homeless… the house was willed to me but it’s now null and void.
