Kat, IF the FBI had been doing what America THOUGHT the FBI was established for - to protect America - then James Woods being alert and aware AND reporting what he saw that day would have likely thwarted the 9/11 attacks even though it was a domestic False Flag, because the perp-terrorists like Atta would have been arrested and forced to divulge their contacts.
But of course, when 9/11 occurred, Robert Mueller had just conveniently become the FBI Director the week prior.
