A 3-year-old girl disappeared hours before catastrophic floods
slammed into a rural Texas community setting off a frantic search.
As hours passed & rain grew heavier,
hope was beginning to fade.
Then came the miracle.
Rescuers found her curled up beneath a collapsed shed
miles from her home, mud-covered, trembling but alive.
Beside her was a dog, soaking wet, filthy & exhausted
that no one recognized.
It wasn’t her family’s pet. No one had ever seen it before.
According to emergency responders,
the dog stayed glued to the girl’s side
shielding her from wind, cold & debris.
Paw prints in the mud suggested
it helped guide her to shelter,
nudging her under the only structure that survived the floodwaters.
“This dog saved her life,”
one rescuer said, holding back emotion. “It never left her.”
No one knows where it came from, how it found her,
or why it stayed.
Many are calling the pup a guardian angel with paws 🐾💞🪽

While this story tugs on the heart and I’m not questioning the validity of the text.

The photos that accompany it are ai. If one looks closely, one can see that those are two different dogs.

We need uplifting stories to lift up our Souls.
Fighting in the Digital Trenches takes its toll otherwise.

Yeah. I didn’t question the story. Only the picture. Which upon further inspection, it appears to not be the same child. It certainly isn’t the same shirt.

Now it would seem that a deeper dive into the story is in order. Since this movement is about truth and all that.

Feel good stories are fine. Even if they’re made up. As long as everyone participating is aware.

For sure, but do we need positive stories more now than ever, and there could be reasons for AI if it is AI that are important, such as NO CHILD'S face should ever be shown on the internet, because:

1) Monsters shop & market children pictured online for kidnapping for purposes of child trafficking, and
2) the Cabal GLOATS over such misery especially involving children, and
3) child victims identities of anything bad should never be revealed to the public...

so I am all for AI re-presentations of anything true involving children on the web...
and I for one need to see positive things, too.

I looked into it. While there are plenty of stories about dogs saving children by staying with them. This doesn’t appear to be one of them. The pic below seems to be the original source. I’ve found it no where else.
