Dear Kat, I have been listening to Jared Rand for about 6 years now. He has the most interesting podcasts. His website is weareonelightforall.net.
He has been talking about his technologies from the beginning. He now has a post letting everyone know that celestial chamber is only his technology that he's been trying to get funding for. Once it is built he will then create a Broad Range Replicator which will make celestial chambers available to everyone for free.
