All big name companies and their products should be avoided. Substitute prepared processed foods for natural and homemade alternatives. Avoid all fast food. Read labels, and try to source your food from independent producers like local farmers if you can. 😇

Carol, I even avoid big name Pet Foods and Animal Feeds. I give small name producers a chance. Really read labels there too, watching for poisons, GMOs.

Keep reading the ingredient list too, some of those wonderful small companies get bought out by large companies... the name and packaging stays the same, but the ingredients get changed.

Recently dropped DAC equine products for this reason. Went to ground flax. Fortunately we grow our own hay, so that helps.
