I've been uneasy all week. Melancholy. Sad. Unsettled.
Totally not me.
I realized after listening to QTSR
that QTeam is taking out MASSIVE MASSIVE darkness & evil.
That kind of wrenching has reverberations.
It's a GREAT thing they're doing, God bless them,
but it's a MASSIVE operation
& for those of us who are empathic
[every single Anon]
we FEEL this disturbance in the Force ⚔️🛡️🇺🇸🪖

That's A Big 10-4.
My go to is a movie, or
teaching audio Scripture...
I put it on, close my eyes & drift into sleep that I know not when it happens.
I will awake like no time had passed, find the spot in memory of the video, go from there...I may awake several times throughout the night... but whatever is vocalizing I put the other stuff away, focused on the voices to drift off again.
I get the heads up on Solar activities...then prepare...no going anywhere, pain sucks, sleepless events...
But I rest through it because I can.
Should a person have to move all kinds of directions with family, jobs...
My suggestion... sleep in naps before it happens.
"Momma's gonna close Her eyes for 15... come let's nap together." That's how I am able to move things forward together. We're on the same journey... together we rest, together we play. Everyone loves a great 10-15 minute rejuvenating snug.
