Have also been very unsettled Kat then had the most horrible nightmare (very rare for me) and spent the rest of the night praying. Next day i felt very calm and the light was brighter everywhere n 2 nights later got woken up with something metallic dropping on floor by my bed, switched on my torch and it was a key which had been stuck on as decoration on a box in another room. Still haven’t figured that one out. The calmness was beautiful tho.

That's A Big 10-4.
My go to is a movie, or
teaching audio Scripture...
I put it on, close my eyes & drift into sleep that I know not when it happens.
I will awake like no time had passed, find the spot in memory of the video, go from there...I may awake several times throughout the night... but whatever is vocalizing I put the other stuff away, focused on the voices to drift off again.
I get the heads up on Solar activities...then prepare...no going anywhere, pain sucks, sleepless events...
But I rest through it because I can.
Should a person have to move all kinds of directions with family, jobs...
My suggestion... sleep in naps before it happens.
"Momma's gonna close Her eyes for 15... come let's nap together." That's how I am able to move things forward together. We're on the same journey... together we rest, together we play. Everyone loves a great 10-15 minute rejuvenating snug.

Think on what is true right good and praise worthy/ when I get that way I say scripture that is opposite of what I see hear in the natural. We need to thing dwell on the goodness of God not the evils of man or whatever these beings aren’t- it does take effort! And discipline- to switch gears

I had a very restless night of sleep the other night and even a nightmare which is extremely rare for me. My husband woke me twice because apparently I was talking in my sleep. I remember thinking I needed to call on the name of Jesus to feel safe. 😇

Holy cow.. Tuesday had 2 nightmares in a row.. 1st woke me up immediately 2nd played out what seemed like days involving the rioters and myself trying to sneak through them unnoticed.. since then have prayed to God every night before bed to remove these dreams.. no nightmares so far... gonna keep praying

Kat thank you for that comment, i have been very down this week not understanding why. i have such pride in the movie and the almost end of the whole shebang! but why am i going after comfort food. i know what i am doing but cant help it.. this explains it all. its the unspoken words and actions that are going on. of course what is really happening we reallydont know as have been told over and over its just a play out of what was already done but i guess seeing what was is deeply affecting us without realising. i noticed not a lot of chatter this week. that might also be a sign we are all affected.. wow. you dont know how much i appreciate bringing that to the light. it makes a difference. i appreciate you so much

Wow! Me too Kat. I was unnerved when I went to sleep, had strange unhappy dreams, woke up at 2 AM and could not get comfortable. Prayed and ask the Holy Spirit to comfort me. I am feeling a little better this morning even refreshed. It is so unlike me to be upset for no apparent reason. Now I at least understand what was happening to me. Gonna be a very long day but Maggie Mae will keep me busy.
