dont forget anti cholesterol meds also. they seriously contribute to taking that same cholesterol in your blood stream out of your brain. ever heard of dementia and alzheimers?? that is why. takes a couple years to develop until your brain nerve endings are compressed so you cannot relate to the drug itself. seen it too many times over and over.. nope no one believed me.

Best thing I ever did was quit taking statins about a year and a half ago, or so. Last cholest. check I had showed NO change in values (still below border line recommendations for taking it.) I got back my balance (no more walker or cane), I got most of the forgetfulness and brain fog gone, more energy, etc. Most of this stuff gone within a couple weeks of quitting it!
