Tammi, I get that too after being around people who are shedding. Sinus pressure so bad my face and teeth hurts.

Try acupressure, it's about the only thing that works for me anymore.

The 3 basic places, either rub in a circular motion or just lightly press with your fingers and hold for a minute or 2. I tend to rub and do it several times a day. You know you have the right spot if it's rather tender.

The inner corners of your eyes.
The outer corners of your nostrils.
Your head right behind your earlobes.

Prayers for the Lord to guide you to better health and relief of your pain and ailments. 🙏🙏One of the best things to do for our bodies is to make our bodies alkaline. This reduces inflammation and this in turn reduces illness and pain. Cancer cannot thrive in an alkaline environment and other illnesses like diabetes improve. One way to start is getting well hydrated with pure filtered lemon water. Filter the flouride out of your water. ( there are pitchers available to do this) Reduce sugar. You can purchase strips online to test your acidity/alkalinity. Here is a chart to help. If good kidney function the amount of water recommended for good hydration is to take body weight and divide by 2.2. That is the number of ounces per day needed. It can be a significant amount, but it is important to hydrate so start increasing your alkaline water intake. 😇

They are also numb most of the time. I had surgery on my back years ago, but it didn't help. So I will never do that again. Not to mention my chest size. LOL. Way too big, I would tell you my size, but just to say it this way, I would have to go get a bra specially made for them, and there isn't one around where I live. But God made me into who I am and He gets me through it all. I just deal with it all the best way I can. One day at a time. 🙏❤️🤗🕊️
