She may have learned what knows about DUMBs from Gene Decode, Phil Schneider, or Bill Cooper since they were disclosing information on Secret Deep Underground Military Bases years, even decades ago on the Internet, in books, in public presentations and also in videos at great risk to themselves.
Of course, some government officials also had access to DUMBs.
No one, IMHO, mapped out DUMB locations and networks better or in greater detail than Gene Decode, also documenting this Underground War as it was happening. Gene's research was impeccable.
