Once in awhile, I get to a point where I'm on tilt,
don't want to absorb information...I read, scan and it's not important.
That tells me time to take a break.

I started a binge watch with
the TV Series "Yellowstone".

When I turn it off, everything is quiet... just the sound of rain.
Perfect.

I can so relate to that - my go to show has been Little House on the Prairie..I had a high stress job and would come home, put it on and a glass of wine and everything was better.

You need breaks for sure.
