The dimming of sunlight also interfers with with the absorption of Vitamin D that is so important to overall health and necessary for a strong immune system. This is one reason that isolation was recommended during "covid." In the beginning of my nursing career in 1970, we were still using solariums in hospitals, because exposure to sunlight enhanced healing. Light is essential to physical, mental and spiritual health. Today most of the population are indoors way too much. Exercising in a gym for instance after being inside stuck in front of a computer working all day is a prime example of this. A better way is to run or walk outdoors in the sunlight! The dark forces want humanity in the dark in many ways. Dark minds, dark in spirit, dark living conditions. One of the best thing humanity can do is to break out of the darkness physically, mentally, and spiritually.

It also has to become mandated that all shoes and boots are GROUNDING, so we are energized all day every day, also home construction (grounded floors) and beds. That completes the circuit for what the sunlight is providing us.

In the 1980s I was in the Navy flying on logistics missions all over the world. The air crewmen all knew that the grids starting to appear in the sky were not normal. We called them "chem-trails" because we knew they were some sort of chemicals. But whenever I talked about them with others they always told me that they were coming from commercial airlines. I stopped talking about them. Since on AU others are acknowledging the chemtrails all over the world, I recognize that we were onto to something but the masses just were not ready to hear about it. What evil plans have been unfolding right in front of our eyes - yet here we are - SURVIVORS. It gives me hope that we will yet overcome the evil invaders of our planet.
