RFK Jr is right on the mark. It is amazing how your life changes when you stop ingesting ALL PROCESSED FOODS. What are processed foods? Anything in a bag, box, can or carton or packaged other than fresh veggies. Some people can not imagine a day without processed foods. I call them JUNK FOOD, because when you read the ingredients you will scratch your head and say to yourself - WTF is all that. I am very fortunate that we have a local market in our town that sells GRASS FED BEEF only, local free range eggs, pasteurized milk from a local dairy (with the cream still in it), locally grown veggies - and fresh never frozen whole chickens. These are common foods that our parents and grandparents ate daily. They were rarely sick or disabled by disease. I bet that you would be able to discover a similar market somewhere in you area if you search for one. Here is the link to the one here:

It is so hard these days to find pure foods. I often have to go to several stores searching for good clean food. People do need to start somewhere, so just get started, ditch the soda, drink filtered water stop buying boxed convenient food, make things from scratch with good ingredients. Buy organic from local farmers if you can. Only grass fed and finished beef without hormones, organic pasture raised chicken etc. Once you switch it is hard to eat the junk. The cost is higher, but eat better now or pay the doctor later. 😉
