Adversity and suffering might seem like the worst things to go through, but if you really look at them, they can be our greatest gifts.

They strip away the illusions, the distractions, and force us to see what really matters. Every challenge holds a lesson, every painful moment cracks us open so more light can get in. It’s in those tough times that we grow the most, that we realize our strength, and that we’re pushed to step into who we were always meant to be. But the key is not to numb yourself or run from the pain—bring it closer.

Sit with it, feel it, and let it show you what needs healing. The more we resist, the more it lingers. But when we lean in, that’s where the transformation happens. It’s not easy, but man, is it worth it.💚
