Chief Justice Roberts job was to keep the low-grade judicial Deep State protection racket under wraps and out of sight.

He's got to be growing INCREASINGLY NERVOUS about the fact the Trump White House and Cabinet are now FORCING the issue of 'practical rule by judicial fiat' into the forefront where the entire nation can see it.

This was NEVER supposed to happen, where these judicial tyrants were lured out of the tall grass and out into the open.

This kind of stuff only works as a low-grade background incremental thing.

Doing it right out in the open like this is NOT a winning strategy and the Deep State knows it.

An over-reaching unconstitutional judiciary is the ONLY stop-gap they have to survive the new Trump onslaught that is exposing them and taking away all the advantages they had.

Well, that and leftwing mob terrorism.

When they're FORCED to resort to this, that's not a sign they're winning. It's a sign they've been maneuvered and boxed into a losing position where THEY HAVE NO CHOICE.
