this same woman caught the work comp bug also.. a foreigner who sees the weakness of the system. she worked in a mental limited facility.. time was ticking. one of them was feisty and attacked her (when out of sorts they do that), her comp claim was that her history of being in a foreign country and why she came to america was to get away from it. from my take on her it was total bs cause she would go home to europe once a year. who goes back to a place that sh has such trauma who kept her out of work the rest of her life?/ work comp can be a scam. i saw that all the time yet i was the bad guy for saying it was fake. my intuition told me so.. but nothing you did fixed it.. people with bad backs for life off work and cutting a check and working at home building a house or renovating their kitchens by themselves. one of my clients bought tires from us and threw them in the truck all by himself. unfortunately i didnt know his name or i would have taken pics.judges response is a good day.
